Refund Policy
Tuition, if applicable, will be refunded at a prorated amount, based on the percentage of the paid segment (i.e., module, semester, or total course/program) completed, should the student withdraw before 50% completion of the course/program but after 72 hours of attendance.
FEES FOR APPLICATION, BOOKS, SUPPLIES, AND CLASS UNIFORMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Students who withdraw from a class before it begins will recieve a full refund of fees paid, minus the application fee.
Process for Requesting Refund• Verbal notice to the Office Manager• Written request for refund along with the underlying reason for withdrawal• Eligible refunds will be paid by mail in the form of money orderExpect up to (45) business days to receive your refund.

Complete the form below to apply for enrollment in our Phlebotomy Technician Course or Medical Assistant Program. Once the Admissions Application has been submitted the $10 application fee must be paid below. If interested in attending the Certified Medicine Aide or BLS courses please complete the inquiry card on the Programs page. If submissions and payments are received outside of business hours expect to be contacted on the next business day. Applicants who have not paid the application fee for the Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Technician applications will not be contacted. Thank you for your interest in Guided Hands Academy!
